With over 15 years of coaching experience, Coach Yuva is a leading youth strength and conditioning expert. Former Head of Sports Performance at Singapore Gymnastics, he continues to train national rhythmic and artistic gymnasts and has worked with world champions and Olympic athletes.

A published researcher on adolescent development (NIE–NTU Singapore) and Singapore’s first male rhythmic gymnastics coach, he brings science-backed, elite-level expertise to every session at Art de Strength, helping young athletes move with strength, confidence, and grace.
