Who leads the classes?

All classes are currently led by Coach Yuva — a certified NROC–MOE coach with an MSc in Sport Science and over 15 years of coaching experience.

He has:
 • Published peer-reviewed research on adolescent development with NIE–NTU, Singapore
 • Worked extensively with world champion rhythmic gymnastic coaches and Olympic athletes in curating youth strength and conditioning programs
 • Made history as Singapore’s first male rhythmic gymnastics coach, designing and training athletes who have competed at the Youth Asian Games and World Championships
 • Developed evidence-based training systems for both artistic and competitive athletes

Every session under Coach Yuva is grounded in science, precision, and care, ensuring each athlete develops strength with purpose and confidence.

What’s the difference between Group Classes and Private Lessons?

 • Small-group sessions (up to 6 students) focusing on general strength, stability, balance, and coordination.
 • Perfect for children and youth in ballet, dance, or gymnastics looking to complement their technical training with structured conditioning.

Private Lessons
 • For more serious dancers and athletes, looking for accelerated growth through fully customised sessions. Great for competitions, auditions, or recovery from injury. Each plan is tailored to their specific physical and developmental needs, with close progress monitoring and parental feedback

Both formats follow our proven system, just with different levels of individualisation.

Who are these programs for?

We currently collaborate with institutions such as Kadence Ballet Academy, aligning our training with their curriculum and performance goals.
