1. Business Policy

Art De Strength provides coaching, training, and fitness services through classes, workshops, and personalized programs. By booking or purchasing our services, customers agree to the following policies:

1.1 Bookings and Cancellations

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking system or authorized channels.

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are considered late cancellations and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

1.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • No-shows or late cancellations.

    • Partially used packages or sessions.

    • Completed sessions.

 

1.3 Service Delivery

  • Art De Strength is committed to providing services at the agreed time and location.

  • In the rare event that a class, session, or program is canceled by Art De Strength, customers will be entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

2. Privacy Policy

Art De Strength (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws including:

  • Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

  • Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act

  • Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

 

2.1 Data We Collect

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Payment and billing details

  • Booking and attendance records

  • Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us

  • To process bookings, payments, and service delivery

  • To communicate with you regarding your sessions, updates, or promotions

  • To improve our services and customer experience

  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

  • We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • Once no longer required, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

  • Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors such as Omise) only to the extent necessary for service delivery.
